Great place! Parking in front, nice wait staff, and well decorated. I had the velveteen: great breakfast sandwich and very filling. My friend had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and she liked them. The almond milk hot chocolate was so good! It tasted like s'mores. I'll be back!
